Intellectual property rights, despite the elaborate and extensive legislation and procedural material that has been devoted to their protection, and especially with the high technological developments, there is no guarantee that these rights are not copied or counterfeited by another, and worse, that this activity is carried out for illicit trade. It is essential to consider the suitability for the intellectual property to take and update what is established in international treaties and norms, or conversely, to determine if it is more favorable to refuse the above norms to advance in a new legislation that conforms to what is now day the usurper and the forger of these rights in the world.
